App has a lot of potential, hard to use, bad quality pictures, and very under done. The description in the app store should be fixed too... Needs improvement and has a lot of room for growing

I wouldnt even give a star for this app if I didnt have to. Its a $10 index with no content. RIPOFF

Takes a while to get the books. (You need to buy them or have them) beats any music organizing system Ive ever used so far. If you can learn an instrument, you can learn this app. Thank you for creating it. I own it for the iPad @ the iPhone. Piano Man

This app is wonderful both for the transposable lead sheets that come with it and for the indexes. If you have fake books in PDF format, youll love this app. Otherwise you might find that is an app without much content, as another reviewer wrote.

I like this app, particularly the collection of transposable chord charts, which are great and readable in a gig situation. The app falls down on indexing PDF fake books. On the iPhone these display too small to be useful except for reference. On an ipad they would be big enough to use on a gig My biggest gripe is the indexing. With some books it never works, even trying the adjustments recommended on their website. In some other cases, even when the index works, you cant access the second page of the tune if there is more than one page. That complaint aside, its well worth the money just for the 1200 transposable chord charts.

Good idea but hard to setup if your arent computer literate. Wish there were more songs that comes preloaded w/ app. You still have to purchase the sheet music or find free ones then you download/ upload from computer to iTunes- so good idea but hassle to setup

This is the most useful app on my iPad. Ive transitioned from carrying a bunch of books to gigs to just taking the iPad. No more stand lights needed. Sending set lists (with the music attached) to the other band members is a very cool function. Very highly recommended.

App is the greatest! I am very satisfied using it for practice and gigs.

This was a complete waste of $10 the registration website will not load up at all for me.

Once you go through the task of loading the tunes from the blog everything has worked great for me. Also the playback options are great for shedding tunes. I have been playing professionally since around 93 and wish I had something like this back then. When Im on the band stand and cant quite remember some changes there right in my pocket in any key you want. Very useful tool.

Misleading description. Says youll have a real book in your pocket but isnt actually true, you still have to separately download every single one - and guess what the download *doesnt* work! Separately downloaded PDFs of real books wont work either. What a waste of money!

Not particularly intuitive or easy to set up, but very useful and well worth the effort.

Helpful app when trying to find tunes but conflicts with iFakeBooks.

Misleading indeed, please provide direct download links- i ve downloaded many pdf songs , books etc cant read em.., make it easier on us please., we need to focus on playing , cant waste time on how to make it work etc

bummer, I have a first generation iPad, and the online blog advised to buy version 1.95 in iTunes on my computer, then open it on my iPad. Unfortunately, no version detail was available in the iTunes store, so I went ahead and bought what looked like the older version, but it is not compatible with my old iPad. Version 1.95 does not appear to be available any longer in iTunes. If anyone has advice (developer???) I would love to know how/where to find the version that will work on my older device.

I bought the iPad version first. Quickly loaded it with my fake books & using the indexes was all set. Most worked right away, and the few that didnt I found out were missing pages which I fixed. Decided to get the iPhone version as figured it may be useful to call up tunes when didnt have iPad on me....it has!! Which was a universal app so iPad & iPhone were one, but other then that love it and worth another purchase!

Hi, I was upset to find out that not only does this app come without any music but its a non refundable purchase. I wish either of those things were mentioned in the description.
